NACUFS CSBS Real-time Results

 

2023 Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking Survey©

 

 

This online member service allows NACUFS schools that utilize the Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking Survey to log in to a secure site and access their survey results in real-time. The site presents not only the school's real-time results but also real-time industry benchmarks, as well as the school's open-ended comments.

 

To assist users in their analysis, both the school's data and the industry data can be filtered by:

  • Respondent Type
  • Student Class Status
  • Respondent Gender
  • Living Arrangement
  • NACUFS Region
  • Public or Private
  • Institution Type (Primarily 2-Year/4-Year)
  • Operation Type (Mainly Self-Operated/Mainly Contracted/Combination of Both)
  • Total Current Enrollment
  • Type of Retail Unit

Queries created can be saved and named for future use, thus freeing the user from having to recreate the query each time.

The results of the queries are displayed as bar graphs and include percentages, as well as means, where appropriate. Open-ended comments are shown as well. The results shown will be preliminary, as Industry Insights will not yet have had the opportunity to edit check and clean the data, and not all responses will have been submitted. However, our thought is that even this preliminary, "non-final" data would be of interest to you as your survey progresses and until the final reports are issued. This service is included in the base survey fee.
